We use the concept of periodization to help you run your best at the end of the season. Periodization is a way that we move from general to more specific training.
All of the workouts in the pre-season (Phase 1 & 2) lead to more specific workouts in Phases 3 & 4. If you can get all of these workouts under your belt, you'll be a racing monster come May.
