If you test positive for COVID, here's the steps you need to take.

  1. Isolate/quarantine according the the SD Dept. of Health Isolation Calculator

  2. Turn a signed COVID Return to Play sheet to the Activities Office

    1. Mild Symptoms: Bring the completed for to the Activities Office

    2. Severe Symptoms: Doctor needs to sign off before you can come to practice
