I wanted to pass along some information that we covered on Monday along with a re-record of Monday's meeting, since I know not everyone was able to make it.

Everyone will need to create an account on Strava, as we'll use this to track mileage throughout the summer and into the season.

Here you'll find everything, including videos and descriptions of daily workouts. Next week, the page will look a little bit different in order to provide more information on each day.
2020 Cross Country Team Sign-Up
This is found on the main page, but it's probably easier to just post it here SIGN-UP. There is information on how to sign up for REMIND and we'll use this information to get you on the email list as well.
Please let me know if you have any questions! I'll have another message on Sunday regarding training next week. We're still in an "OYO" (on your own) phase right now due to COVID restrictions, but I'll let you know as soon as possible when we'll be able to start meeting as a group and what that will look like.
