Weekend #2 of indoor track for several alumni, while others like Emily Person (Wyoming) and Kendra Dysktra (SDSU) were just getting started.
Emily Person (Wyoming) opened up the season with a 5:08.63 (adj) Mile at NDSU.
Erica Dykstra (BHSU) dropped her 800m PR down to 2:20.85 (adj) at the CSC Open, placing 3rd overall after winning her section.
Kyle Burdick (SDSU) continued his exceptional season, setting the SDSU 1,000m school record on Friday night in 2:25.08 and then came back on Saturday to run the #8 3,000m time in the NCAA so far this season, crushing the field in 8:08.45.
The Women's 800m at the Jim Emmerich Invite in Brookings featured several former Runnin' Raiders, highlighted by a battle between Mallory Fine (USD) and Kendra Dykstra (SDSU). Kendra ended up winning the race (2:12.86) and Mallory was 3rd in 2:14.00.
Erin Fine (USD) posted a 2:40.64 in the first heat of the 800m.
Jamie Schweiss (SDSU) finished in 10:51.86 in the 3,000m.
Matt Wilson (SDSU Alumni) ran 4:46 in the SDSU Alumni mile event- the guy is still in great shape!
