The Off-Season
  • Athlete Health is Priority #1​

  • You have to show up everyday to see results.​

    • If you are out of town, get the work done as closely to the scheduled workout as you can.

      • Every day serves a purpose. 

  • Training is carefully constructed, so do not add any type of running, strength, speed, etc. outside of practice. 

    • This will results in maladaptation.  This simply means you'll do more work, but see less results. 

    • Our training is science-based and history-proven.  Don't add, subtract or multiply it! 

  • Summer Schedule

    • 6 AM @ Sioux Park Daily starting June 9th.
