Athlete Health is Priority #1
-
Before you train, you need to be healthy enough to run. This involves eating plenty of food, hydrating well and being on top of iron/ferritin health.
-
Please learn about athlete health, specifically in regard to distance running.
-
-
You have to show up everyday to see results.
-
If you are out of town, get the work done as closely to the scheduled workout as you can.
-
Every day serves a purpose.
-
-
-
Training is carefully constructed, so do not add any type of running, strength, speed, etc. outside of practice.
-
This will results in maladaptation. This simply means you'll do more work, but see less results.
-
Our training is science-based and history-proven. Don't add, subtract or multiply it!
