YEARLY PHYSICALS

Complete this prior to the 1st practice. (Thursday, August 15th @ 6:30 AM)

You can bring it to the 1st practice or turn it into the Activities Office (preferred)

We can't let you practice without a physical & you'll be sent home until it's completed

This is also a good time to get your iron levels tested via a CBC and iron storage levels (ferritin) A health issue common to distance runners (particularly females) is iron deficiency. More information on iron + other health considerations can be found on our Athlete Health page.
