PRACTICE TIMES

Before school starts, we'll practice at 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM so carve out these times. There may be a 5:30 start in there, too, so just be ready for that.

The first practice will be Monday, August 11th @ 6:00 AM

During the school year, we'll normally practice after school, however if it's going to be unsafe after school (heat) we'll run in the morning

YEARLY PHYSICALS
-
Complete this prior to the 1st practice or you can't practice.

These will be only be uploaded through Bound (see below)

BOUND (THIS IS HOW YOU TURN IN PHYSICALS AND FORMS)
-
You will be able to complete all forms (medical release, rules, etc.) + upload your physical on Bound. This should eliminate making an extra trip into Stevens HS to have to complete these items.

Get connected via email + important contact/emergency information for our records (this is a separate form from Bound and only takes a minute)
