Practice will typically be after school at 3:45 (Sioux Park) 

On days when it's not going to be safe to run (heat, predicted storms, etc) we'll practice in the morning at Sioux Park. 

Most Saturdays will be a Long Run at Victoria Lake Road.  

Make sure to Sign-In at each practice so that we have record of you being at practice. 

What to bring? 

  • Practice gear (top/bottom/shoes) 

  • Water bottle

  • Something to keep time

We have a team Strava account where we log all of our training runs.
