On Saturday, we capped the season with awards and recognition from the 2025 Cross Country season. The awards looked a little different this season as we are pivoting to giving more awards for just a few of important items. There are a couple of reasons for this as we already give out awards on a weekly basis during the season and we're also getting medals, trophies, etc at each meet. Sometimes the end-of-the-season awards felt repetitive and obvious. So, here were the people we recognized....

Here is a snapshot of our 2026 3200m-400m training for Track & Field. I'll make adjustments here and there, but this will give you a pretty good idea of what the first 12 weeks will look like.
