Meet day tomorrow! Here's a couple of last-minute reminders.
Hydrate and eat a good breakfast tomorrow.
If you need a snack, eat 3-4 hours before your race.
We'll have water, gatorade and a couple of different ice/water buckets for you to drench your clothes.

Here is the 1k mark. It's at the start of the straightaway right when you go up the little hill and pass the brown building. It's marked.

The last 1k starts when you cross the 1 Mile mark for the 2nd time.
