BEST OF THE WEST
The final meet of the season for most of the crew will be the Best of the West race at Hart Ranch on Thursday, October 16th. We will also do senior recognition this same day.
11:45- Senior Recognition (@ team camp)
1:00- Girls (JV & Var combined)
1:30- Boys (JV & Var combined)
Senior parents, please send me a picture from a race (XC or track) of your student this week.
LNI
Although this season's schedule doesn't include any fast courses (besides SF, which was hot & humid), we had some PR's at the LNI meet and finished 4th in both the Girls and Boys Varsity divisions.
POUND THE STONE
This is how we value the process: the work, dedication, commitment and how it compounds over time and turns into a breakthrough on race day. The team voted for Wyatt Gaeta for the boys and Abigail Eisenbraun for the girls- two super kids who have been putting in a lot of work. Wyatt has been a regular with us since June and Abigail has balanced jobs, school and cross country and has really earned the respect of her peers.
